Suzanne Paolucci, LCSW

Elder Care Coordinator

Suzanne Paolucci is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an extensive amount of experience working with seniors.  For the greater part of the 1990’s she spent her time training and working as a Geriatric Social Worker at Hillside Hospital, a division of the North Shore-LIJ Health System in their Geriatric Psychiatric Day and Partial Hospital programs.  As the team Social Worker, she performed individual, group, and caregiver counseling as well as Discharge Planning and crisis intervention for the clients and their families attending the program.  During this time, she also trained Master Level Social Work Interns to prepare for the field of Geriatric Social Work. 

Upon leaving the hospital, Ms. Paolucci obtained her Long-term Care Insurance license and began working with a Financial Firm. Her role at the firm included recruiting and training long-term care specialists, as well as developing a Caregiving in the Workplace manual to assist Human Resource specialists better meet the needs of employees dealing with issues related to caregiving and aging. 

Ms. Paolucci currently resides with her family in Oyster Bay.  She has given back to the community she loves by volunteering for St. Dominic’s Parish Outreach Program where she worked with volunteers and seniors in the community as well as facilitating and co-leading a  support group for families immediately effected by 9/11.
